Some people are naturals.

They cannot help but spread the good news about their experience. They are socializers, they like to help people, and they are happy to send referrals.

Others, not so much. They may be very appreciative of what you have done for them in the past, but no matter what you do… they just will not send anyone your way. This includes Realtors.

Being able to decipher who the true connectors are, will help you with your mortgage business. This includes Realtors too.

Testimonials are a powerful tool. It is just so much better to let the happy clients speak highly of you… than doing it yourself.
